MAYORAL BURSARY APPLICATION FORM
1. Only the Nkangala District Municipality’s prescribed application form will be accepted.
2. The purpose of this form is assist prospective bursars when applying for a bursary for studies from NDM.
3. This form must be completed in full, accurately and neat.
4. Please write clearly in CAPITAL LETTERS, using a black pen.
5. All information received will be treated with strictly confidentiality and will not be used for any other purpose than to assess the suitability of
the applicant for the bursary applied for.

Most recent academic records;
Certified South African Identity Documents; for both Student & Parent / Guardian
Certified Proof of residence (Statement of Water & Lights, Rates, / tribal authority letter
Acceptance letter from university
Proof of joint income of Parent / Guardian.
